Now that your child is 4 years old, they may be starting pre-k and are growing fast.  This appointment will be a full check of health plus any behavior or other concerns that you have.  This appointment also includes a vision screen.  You will be asked to fill out a developmental screening prior to the appointment.  These can be done online prior to your appointment through our Patient Portal.
