5 Years old!  With Kindergarten in mind, this visit includes a full check of health plus any behavior or other concerns that you have.  This appointment also includes a vision screen and hearing screen.  You will be asked to fill out a developmental screening prior to the appointment.  These can be done online prior to your appointment through our Patient Portal.
