Now that you child has reached 6 years old, it is recommended that we do a well-check exam every year. This appointment will be a full check of health plus any behavior or other concerns that you have.  You will be asked to fill out a TB screen and lead screen ever year prior to the appointment.  These can be done online prior to your appointment through our Patient Portal.
