During our Visit

Now you get to start the yearly visits!   This appointment will be a full check on health plus any behavior of other concerns that you have.  You will be asked to fill out a developmental screening, TB screening, and lead screening prior to the appointment.  These can be done online prior to your appointment through our Patient Portal.

Immunizations

This appointment does NOT include immunizations unless patient is on a catch up or alternate schedule.
